Can't find matches/players in MW2 MP for PC
When I go to find a multiplayer game in Modern Warfare 2 for the PC it just says it's looking for 7 more players and nothing happens. I contacted Activision support and tried everything they told me to do with no results. I attached a transcript of the conversation (most recent messages are at the top). It seems my ports aren't forwarded properly but I don't know how they aren't if I did it as instructed in that link.

What are you using to connect to the internet? A Wireless router? You shouldn't need a static IP address or anything like that.

Can you (while connected to the router), open a web browser, and type in 192.168.1.1 then hit enter. This will bring up a webpage to configure the router. Can you please take a screenshot of this page and post it if thats ok?
