Can't find the sound card that I am using.

I want to know what sound card I am using but I can't find it.
When I open device manager I only get "amd high definition audio device", what should I do?

I use Samba to share my data drive with the other computers at my house and with my guest session in VMWare Workstation Player.
To find out default audio playback device open Control Panel --> Sound --> Playback tab.
