I recently got a bug in my computer and Windows couldn't open! I had to do a Samsung Recovery  . Backed up everything to the 'D' drive and then loaded back to the 'C' drive. Since then I have found that Films on iTunes won't 'play' :(. Everythign else works fine - if I click on a DVD video in the music side, it works fine. When I click to play a Trailer of a Film I just get a black rectangle on my screen, when I run the mouse across it, I see the control bar become visible but totally black........... the trailer is playing and I can see it tracking across the bar at the top of the iTunes page.
Anyone got any idea what is the problem. I have written to iTunes, and apple and Samsung - I know, I know, I know ......... I shoulda come here first :o

Thanks guys

you need to update DirectX

or you need to update your GPU drivers (graphics driver)
get it from the chipset manufacturer, not the computer manufacturer.
