can't hook up to wifi any more

I use an Acer Aspire 5517 laptop with windows 7 and was always able to go onto wifi before but for the last several weeks can hook up but not access internet. I was looking through my services and saw that netlogon wasn't started. I have no idea it was stopped but would that cause the wifi not to work right?

On my laptop which connects to WiFi okay, Netlogon is set to Manual and currently not Started.
