Can't install - KB24484033

I have been trying to install KB24484033 for the past couple of days and it won't install and I can't find anything on it online.

I keep getting - Windows Error 80073712

I have tried the Windows Readiness tool and that hasn't fixed the issue.

I tried to manually install the update which I found here:

An update that improves the print performance of XPS documents in Windows 7 and in Windows Server 2008 R2 is available

That didn't work either.

That error message would indicate that the windows component store is corrupt, and the installation (either this one or one or more previous) have not installed properly and left the store in this state.

See documentation from Microsoft here on possible ways to address this issue.

It's hard for me to believe that has happened as I just rebuilt the machine the other day. It's windows afterall -
