Hi,

I am having trouble getting Office 2010 SP2 (kb2687455) installed. I keep receiving an error stating "There are no products affected by this package installed on this system". I have tried doing the following....

1. Doing a repair of Office 2010
2. I have tried installing SP1 but receive the same error as well
3. I completely removed Office and reinstalled it but still get the same error when trying to install SP2

I have attached screenshots for your convenience. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Kevin

These websites might help you. In the first one it mentions doing an Office Repair & then rebooting the computer, did you do that when you ran Office Repair.

Are you still using Internet Explorer 8?. You should consider updating to IE 11. Do you keep your computer fully up to date with Windows Updates, if not this could also explain why you are having trouble with Office 2010. Not having your computer fully up to date exposes you to virus & other disastrous infections.

Hi Ranger4,

Thank you for your response. I tried everything the articles recommended but no luck. We are using IE 11 and everything is fully up to date. I am gonna try a Windows Repair Tool to see if that helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
