Can't Open MiniDump File

I downloaded Debugging Tools For Windows (x86) and when I try to open a minidump file I get:

Thanks I'll try that! I'm trying to open the mini dump from the issue I was having in the following post: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/69047-unexpected-crash.html

Edit: I tired what you suggested and I still get the same message and I'm the only one that uses the computer

Debugging Tools for Windows, but it says I have 2 hours, 5 minutes remaining.

Boot into SAFEMODE with Networking, download the Debugging tools for Windows and save the installation file to your documents folder. Re-boot back into normal Windows and install it.

Are you running Windbg at an elevated admin level (RIGHT-click on icon, "Run as Administrator")?

The SYM path looks fine to me.

If symbol errors persist, run the System File Checker/ Repair utility -
START | type cmd.exe into the start search box | right-click on cmd.exe | select run as Administrator | type the following:

[FONT=lucida console]sfc /scannow[/FONT]

Upon completion re-boot to allow files in use to be repaired.

Doing sfc/scannow turns up no problems.
I know how to repair my system just don't want to unless absolutely have to.
SFC & the CBS log doesn't work for me.

When I go to the Microsoft Genuine Advantage site I get:

Windows validation was successful
