Can't open PDF files

Every time I receive a PDF file, the only way I can see what it's about is to PREVIEW it but not open it. You will see from the screen shot I get a blue screen which says Open or Save. If I click on "Open" the screen blinks then goes back to Open or Save again. It will not work if I try to save the file either... I have Adobe XI installed.

How can I overcome this problem please???

Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions
This is the program usually required, download and install and see if this helps.

Hi,

As per the screenshot, you are trying to open an attachment in the mail. Are you facing issue with only the attachments only?
Which PDF reader are you using and browser?

Hi there ... Save a pdf file to the computer, then right click the saved file, then choose open with, then select default browser highlight Adobe Reader, then select always use the selected program to open this kind of file ...
