Can't Print on New HP 3830. HP "Doctor" app keeps reporting Port

Can't print. HP 3830 just installed to fix the issue, which began with my old Epson WF2540.

This time, the printer is visible to the computer and is selected as the default printer. However, when I print from Notepad, HP software pops "Unable to communicate with printer."

Running the HP fixer results in it saying it found and fixed a Port issue without specifying what it was. Printer Properties reports that it is using Port CN9AV7Q3VRo6VZ "HP Network Rediscovery Port Monitor."

The printer itself reports that it is connected OK via WiFi (I used the WPS button to pair it with the WiFi Router) and ready to print, and I am able to print to it from another computer and from my Android phone, so the printer setup is clearly OK. This isolates the issue to this one computer, and I'm at my wits' end trying to figure out what's wrong.

If someone can suggest a fix I would appreciate it.

The ones that work what do they say the port is?

I don't know how to find out what the Android device thinks the port is, but the Windows 7 Computer that can print to it reports the port with a gobbledygook code so long that I just screenshot it instead of trying to write it down and then type it in here.

Has the faulty one got that port?

No, it's got the port I mentioned in the 3rd paragraph of my problem statement above, CN9AV7Q3VRo6VZ "HP Network Rediscovery Port Monitor." Here's a shot of that too since it's worth 1,000 words...

It can be many things.
Are you having issues with your desktop or the Android?
Do you have a specific firewall?
Open device manager. Is there any yellow marks of missing drivers?

Fixed it with a tool from HP. The bad part is that I have no idea what the problem was or how it was fixed. It's magic. Thanks to all who replied.
