Hello and welcome twooclock mate some system specs would be helpful http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

But for starters you might run these in safe mode first up
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2

then these
http://www.superantispyware.com/
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If one is running Kaspersky security it may rant about ADW - just ignore it or disable Kaspersky while the ADW is being used)

You have some rather complex errors in the CheckSUR log...
Here's the Summary..
Code:
Summary:
Seconds executed: 306
 Found 29 errors
CSI Missing Deployment Key Total count: 15
CSI Missing Identity Total count: 11
CSI Missing Winning Component Key Total count: 3
(w) Unable to get system disk properties 0x0000045D IOCTL_STORAGE_QUERY_PROPERTY Disk Cache

This type of error tends to be rather intractable, and attempts to fix it manually often run into major problems.
At first glance, I'd say that your best option would be a repair install.

The SFC scan shows the following problems as well...
Code:

Did what ICIT2LOL recommended. I'm attaching my CBS logs. I'm having trouble with repair install because of lack of disk space. I'm running in a VM so at least I don't have to worry about backups, crashes etc. I'm ready to follow your instructions! Thank you!

I need to have a look at your COMPONENTS registry hive

Please copy the C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS file (no extension) to your desktop and then compress it - upload the compressed file to your favoured fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or OneDrive) and post a link.

Looking at the files a bit deeper, it seems that many of them are related to VisualC++ installs - either the full hit or an update.
Please check through your Installed Updates list, and make a note of all VC++ 2005 updates. Record the KB Number, then uninstall each update in reverse order of install (i.e. last to first). (Note: there may well be none to find!)

Once complete, check the Program Files listing and uninstall the base installs (search for 'visual 2005')

Once you've done that, run CheckSUR again, and post the new CheckSUR.log file.

I uninstalled VC++2005 redistributable (FYI:I do have 2008 and 2010 as well but I didn't touch them). I found no relevant updates. Attached is my CheckSUR.log but I'm afraid it's the same as before... :-(

Interesting - The Firebird Project appears to be an open-source project that began as Delphi - you may well get better assistance from visiting this site... Firebird: Mailing Lists

I dislike attempting to deal with VS/VC problems because they tend not to follow any of the standard rules for the rest of Windows (the installers are massively different for one thing!).

I don't think any of the CheckSUR problems are related to the any of the later C++ versions you have - but I could be wrong. (VC 2008 is v9, and VC 2010 is v10 - I think!)

What particularly worries me is the following line from the report...
(w) Unable to get system disk properties 0x0000045D IOCTL_STORAGE_QUERY_PROPERTY Disk Cache
It's not one I've ever seen before.
Doing a quick Google search, it seems that McAfee can cause this problem - do you /have you got that installed?
How big are the virtual Hard drives? - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/982018 may apply

No, no McAfee here. Disks are 30GB primary and 20 GB. I tried to gain some free space and I ran into trouble... :-(
For the KB982018 it's already installed. :-(
I wonder why those error messages are so cryptic - one could help himself if only you could get some explanation...?

I would suggest if I may; if your drive is so full that you can not do a Repair Install Windows 7 is not going to work properly so a fix is going to very difficult.

Windows 7 need working room to do things and on the average it wants about 10 to 15% free space on the drive or partition it is installed on.

I have been there and done that. Just move some things off the (C) partition and things started working properly again and I was able to complete a Repair Install.
