Can't see computer on network

I have 2 windows 7 PCs and one XP. One 7 pc can get to the shared drive on the xp pc. The other 7 pc cannot see the xp pc. I'm sure they are set the same. My brain is fried so I may be overlooking something. Any input would be very helpful.

Try to check the default firewall of your windows 7, try to disable.
Can you ping the xp pc from that win7 pc that cannot see it?

How are they connected? Can the XP see that problematic 7? Can the 7s see each other?
