Can't set resolution back!

This screen I'm currently playing on can't go higher than 1360x768, I was playing Skyrim on that res and everything, then alt+tab'd then it set my resolution higher now I just get a black screen saying lower the resolution. I can't since it's a black screen and I've tried setting back in safe mode, but it doesn't save the resolution in safe mode. So how do I fix this?

go to My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SkyrimPrefs.ini and find these entries:

iSize H=xxxx
iSize W=xxxx

edit them ie. like this:
iSize H=1050
iSize W=1680

No, it was the whole Tv was black, saying it. I couldn't see anything, but I figured it out.
