Can't share Homegroup

I have a PC and 2 laptops and all are Windows 7 OS. I've tried creating Homegroup on every machine and the others recognize the Homegroup, but are unable to join. I've tried many times and know the password was correct. Ran the troubleshooter and it wasn't network problems. I've turned off all Firewalls, so that's not the issue.
Please help.

What firewalls? what AV'S?

Is IPv6 working?

BTW you create the homegroup on one and join with the other two.

Norton (both firewall and AV). I did create the homegroup on 1 machine and tried to join on the others...to no avail

How would I know if IPv6 is working?
