Can't unistall my program

Hi there
I am having problems with unistalling my program
I want to reinstall my program actually but when I am trying to uninstall it says that it cant use a special dll file.the installation goes to the end.but when I am trying to install itTit goes to the uninstallation process and agian the error and.....
the program is not in the programs anymore

so what should I do?

Try ccleaner to remove any remnants. If that fails, and you just uninstalled you can use system restore to bring it back and then use revno.

Have you tried to install without uninstalling the program?

I can't do that.because the setup will do either of them.if the program exists,it will uninstall it.if it dosn't,the setup will start to install the program
but thanks to all of you anyway

CCcleaner is the best way to fix this, since it also has an uninstaller option included. Scan the system for both junk files and errors inside the registry, you should be fine.

maybe you can check your program files .and delete the remnants of that particular program and reinstall it
