Solved Can't xfer 6GB .iso file to thumb drive with 31GB avail

If I have a FAT32 thumb drive that W7 is reporting as having 31.9GB avail, and I am trying to copy to it an .iso file that is 6GB, why do I get a message saying the file is too large?
