Caption Buttons are too big

My caption buttons(minimize, maximize, delete) are too big. I went to Personalize > Window Color > Advanced Appearance Settings and chose Caption Buttons and realized they're size 24, instead of their original size of 21. So I changed it back to 21, restarted my computer, and it changed back to 24. I changed it back to 21 again, didn't restart, and re-opened the settings and saw that it already changed back to 24 again. Is there anyway to fix this?

Mine are set at 26 :/
I would imagine the setting is dictated to what dpi you're set on ?
Seeing I use 125% dpi I would guess 26 is for that dpi,

Make text and other items larger or smaller what are you set on ?
