I am curious, Mac's have a feature I saw someone at work use where you can capture a screen shot by dragging out a square (I think they used Cmd+Shift+4 or something) and saving the image inside the square as a capture - Does Win7 have anything like that? Or is there an app I can download to allow me to do that?:sarc:

You still have the PrtScreen keyboard command, and the new snipping tool on the W7 start menu, but if these aren't enough you'll need to obtain specific screen capture software such as Snag-it... :)

Like already mentioned, Snipping Tool is what I use and is part of Win 7.

The snipping tool! Awesome, didn't know that existed, thank you so much QDos! Is there a keyboard shortcut for it?

You can make one. Find the snipping tool in the menu, right click on it, select properties, go to the shortcut tab, and assign a shortcut key. You can't use the print screen button, but you can use pretty much anything else. I use ctrl - alt - F10, because it's close to my print screen button.

There's a great clipboard tool I use that captures multiple images from your working environment, it collects images and screen grabs you take by sequentially storing every image (and text, urls etc too) which hits the Windows clipboard.

Huge, huge fan of the Snipping Tool. I've actually pinned it to the taskbar. You'll learn to love it.

Cheers,
