case fans dont plug into mobo

my case, antec 300, came with 2 installed fans... the fans came with a H M L switch which i just set to L and hung in the case... is there a way to plug these fans into my mobo? it came with 3 plugs for controlling fans, but these fans cant plug into it, just the CPU fan (obviously)

the mobo manual just says make sure you connect the fans...

that doesnt say anything than what i have already done with my fans... i have them plugged in to the molex connectors, but the only speed control they have is the little switches with a short wire coming out of the fan, i want to be able to control.. or have software control the speed of the case fans as well as the CPU fan

Unless you use a molex to 3 or 4 pin adapter something like this,

no you can't connect them to the headers on the motherboard. Also unless the fan in your case is a 3 wire (pretty sure it isn't as the two Antec cases I have with the same TriCool fans in them aren't), then it isn't worth getting the adapter. You would be better off replacing the fan(s) with at least 3 wire or 4 wire PWM fans (had a quick look at your motherboard and it only has one 4 pin header and two 3 pin, unless I missed one).
