Change Secure Login Screen

I need to change the "PRESS CTRL+ALT+DEL To Log On" on the secure login screen to something else. does anyone know how to do this? i assume i'll have to edit a dll, but which one?

i'd watch your video, but i didnt ask how to change the background. does anyone have an answer to the actual question? i dont want to change the background, i dont want to turn off the secure login screen ...
