Solved Changed my motherboard and im wondering if i can avoid format

Where did you get Win7 ISO? If wiping the HD doesn't help then I'd confirm the ISO or download another, burn to DVD at 4x speed using ImgBurn or write to flash stick.
Well i used both the dvd and the flash stick which i burned the iso to the laptop im using right now and install would boot just fine so i guess it cant be the iso that causing the problem

How are you burning these disks? I've never heard of PW CD not booting itself as it's supposed to do.

Use ImgBurn at 4x speed: ImgBurn - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

If you can't boot DVD or PW CD to wipe the HD, can you take the HD out to wipe it in another computer using Elevated Command Prompt to run Diskpart Clean Command?

Then when you return HD to problem computer it Win7 DVD should autostart.

What is your Win7 version and bit rate? How are you activating it?

There is a backup program that can do this, a better route is Linux with Windows, I forgot the sequence for this though.

Do what exactly?

Also greg i burned the iso using img burn at 4x and at the moment i only have a laptop so i wont be able to use another pc to wipe the disc.About the bit rate i cant really answer you to that question since i dont know how i can see it.

Make sure all of your cables are good and connected securely. Try another OD. Unplug the OD when trying flash stick install. Iis this a known-good flash installer? If not write ISO again using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown.

You'll need to get the disk booting, either by entering BIOS setup to set DVD drive first in boot order, tapping the BIOS one-time Boot Menu key at boot to select DVD drive, or autostarting PW CD to wipe the HD which will in turn cause Win7 DVD to autostart.

Are you getting the Press Any Key to Boot DVD prompt?

If these fail after trying them repeatedly - often disk is just being booted wrong - then test your HD using maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan. This disk will also autostart and can wipe the HD after checking and fixing HD if necessary.

So i managed to wipe my whole disc and guess what, still the same problem.I assumed that it has to be my windows 7 iso so i downloaded ubuntu and tried to run it but it will stuck at ACPI core revision(Same happened with partition wizard).Seems we are running out of option here :sarc: maybe i need to update my bios or something?

You can try to get hold of a ERD65_x86_Win7_RTM / ERD65_x64_Win7_RTM ISO file (from MSDart Suite) or UBCD4WIN ISO file from Internet, you can try to boot in to these live Windows CDs and check the Event Viewer to find the cause of errors. Using these CDs you can even get a backup of your data from the laptop to an external hdd.

You can also try to boot into Safe Mode with minimum drivers and check the system.

2)i tried to run linux on my pc but they wont and my windows iso will boot to this laptop so it cant be the problem.
3)Also i have the problem to a desktop and i have already wiped my whole data since i though this is the only way to fix the problem

Try resetting the CMOS again: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Unplug everything except the one target HD and DVD Drive. If you have a floppy drive unplug it.

Set SATA controller in BIOS to AHCI to try install. Set DVD drive to boot first, then HD.

Next write the WIn7 ISO to flash stick using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown menu. Unplug the DVD drive so that only the HD is plugged in, boot stick under USB, Removable or HD's.

Do you have latest BIOS update and method to flash it from boot?

If all these fail, I would reinstall the Mobo or revert to the old mobo. Something is possibly wrong with your connections or rebuild.

I already wrote the iso using UUI and it didnt worked.By unpluging eveything else except the hd and dvd drive you mean using bios or manually by opening the case ?How can i set sata controller at bios to ahci?About the latest bios version im not sure but i have the flash bios method when i boot.
I hope they wont fail but if they do using my old mb is not an option since it wont work at all(it got burned after an electricity issue).

I pull the plugs myself but you can disable in BIOS.

Problem is these connections could be somehow faulty since these problems seem at the mobo or BIOS level.

Near the SATA drives in BIOS setup will be controller settings. Try AHCI first, then IDE if necessary.

I'd check for newer BIOS update as flashing the BIOS might solve your issue if resetting CMOS doesn't. Are you confident with flashing it from boot, as safest method is from Windows?

What are choices under Storage Config?

I see for the first time you have 1 TB HD, which may require having a smaller OS target partition for installer to see it. Have you tried another HD yet?

What is the exact failure message or behavior again? Saying it "stuck at ACPI core revision" isn't enough. Try now.

You may be able to get around such an ACPI error in the ACPI config settings.
