I am sorry if this is the wrong area but I am a complete novice, have no one to ask and need help please.
Yesterday, my computer updated to Windows 10 without me authorising. After 2 hours of struggling to navigate my way around it, I found option to revert back to Windows 7 Home Premium. I did that and when computer restarted, ALL emails in Windows Live Email had been deleted. I am absolutely in complete shock.
I immediately went onto the internet and googled how to retrieve, followed the steps outlined but there is nothing showing to Restore.
Can anyone help me please as there are 16,000 emails missing and basically 5 years gone-I'm still shocked and distressed.
Nothing else has been deleted-just every email in Windows Live Mail.
