Changing Context menu for Users and not Admin

Hi There,

I'm working for a small business as the new IT technician and I want to change the Context menus for the "User" accounts but leave all the options for the "Admin" accounts of some 40 computers.

Is there a way I can change these options ie: Screen resolution, Gadgets, Personalize. These options and more I would like to take out of the context menu but leave them for the admin.

What version are the Windows 7 (HB, HP, Pro)?
You can always modify the Context menu settings on the register.

I'm guessing Group policies might come in handy? If regular users are entered into a named group, an IT person can set the permissions, content menus, registry entries, and what all for that group, and thus leaving Admin account alone - can that be done?. Beware that enough problems come from the higher-ups having too much permission/rights and not enough restraint, the worker bees are not the only ones who sometimes give IT folks grief.
