I've decided my 9 year old son is getting a tad too excitable playing my first person shooters (Crysis, Crysis Warhead, Call of Duty 1,2,3 and 4, Medal of Honour: Airborne Assault) so I want to make them off-limits for the guest account on my desktop, as that is the account my kids use.
I know how to share folders, but I want to reverse the "allow all users to access this program" decision made when installing the game. Most of my shooters run through Steam right now, so I want Steam and the Crysis games changed so only I can use them. Can anyone tell me how to do this without re-installing the games from scratch.

Have you tried setting up Parental Controls?
  1. Click the Start Orb
  2. Click "Control Panel"
  3. Under User Accounts and Family Safety, click Setup parental controls for any user
  4. From there you can determine which games they are permitted to play (based on age ratings), or you can completely disallow games. You can customize which...

Welcome to Sevenforums :)
If you navigate through the start menu, find the 'Games' link on the side of the start menu. In the 'Games' window, click on 'Parental Controls'. From there, choose your settings for your sons' account. Just follow the on screen instructions :)

EDIT: Dzomlija beat me to it :o
