Checkdisk fails at Windows startup

I wanted to do the checkdisk action for my computer, it fails, and saying I have to use system restore to get rid of a recent software package installation.

so what should i do right now?

Are you using Spyware Doctor with Antivirus? It may be preventing chkdsk from running. BitDefender has, also, been known to cause this problem.

Not really, im using Bitdefender IS 2013 atm...
