jhtezpjf, if you can't change the boot priority in BIOS, or it 'won't take', then we've come to the end of the road here, at least as far as I can see.

My advice to you is to take it to a repair shop, and take some money with you.

Other than that, the only thing you can do is pour gasoline over the machine and burn it (do it somewhere outside your house of course).

I DID change it but it does recognize neither the usb nor the cd

I wrote 'or it won't take'. The answer is the same - if you can't boot 'from outside the system', there's nothing you can do any more. This corrupted registry file is kernel-locked, and it can't be moved, deleted or replaced while Windows is up. So - repair shop+money, a consilium of friends, screwdrivers.. take your pick.
