Choice of Windows 10 skin for Windows 7

I have been doing some looking around and according to this website:

There are three recommended products that can be used for making Windows 7 look like Windows 10:

Can anyone here with experience of any one of these, or equivalent, programs please let me know which one you would recommend?

I have a six year old laptop running Windows 7 32 bit Professional and I would like to change its look and feel. Installing Windows 10 is not an option though.
