Choosing budget Gaming motherboard

Hello, right now i'm aiming at the Asrock z77 extreme4 it has a nice 8+4 power phase, pci-e 3.0 support, pretty nice overclocking board. The question, is there a better opinion for a bit lower price? I won't use crossfire or sli, so it seems useless for me on this board so if there is a better opinion it can be without sli/crossfire.

I go to www.newegg.com for a quick look at what's currently available. (Unfortunately, they only do business in the USA and Canada.)

It appears that the best bargain in a Z77 board is the ASRock Z77 Pro3. It has slightly unusual dimensions (30.5X19.3cm, rather than 30.5X24.4cm for a full-sized ATX board), but it's not microATX. I'm not sure what you give up with it, but it has favorable reviews for a "budget" board. At Newegg, it's considerably less expensive than the Extreme4.

I've not used one.
