Solved Chromium OS Image Stuck on top of Desktop Icons

On Sunday, I woke my laptop from sleep mode (since Friday evening), and 2 things were wrong:

My Mouse Touch Device on my keyboard was turned off. I turned it back on.
My wi-fi connection had a red X over it. My network Adapter card was fine, my router config was fine. I eventually found the solution was to unplug my laptop, take the battery out, and hold down the Power button for 30 seconds.

now the problem I have is an image that pops up on my Desktop, obscuring my icons. I am still able to use the Start Menu, run programs, click the task bar, etcetera, but my access to any icons on the desktop itself is obscured.

The image in question is the Google Chromium Icon Banner followed by a large area of gray.

I have uninstalled Google Chrome, done a system restore, and Google Chromium is not installed.

Can someone please help me find a way to get rid of this?

Thank you,
Jonathan Wright

It appears to have been Pokki for Windows. I uninstalled Pokki, and the image disappeared.
