Clean install on a lenovo T430s

Hey guys I wanted to pick some brains i just grabbed a T430s to use and i want to do a clean install. i delete all the partition on this laptop. So now when I go to install windows i have a 500gb and their a 16gb msata. i wanted to know what i should do maybe some advice and direction. For know i'm going to install windows on the 500gb hdd
