Clean install windows 7 cant detect graphic card!

Hello again KrmLaaz,

As you can see, only your intergrated Intel video card is detected and another one not working.
I do not know about notebook computers, but it is possible, that lack of AC adapter power could cause your GeForce not working or even get damaged. However, if it has working battery and it is charging normally, then less likely it was the cause.
I am afraid, there is not much you can do about your computer yourself. If you plan using it actively, you should bring it to repair service.

I hope I could help you, good luck!

Hi guys, sorry for the long wait. Thanks again for all the great support so far! its been more then i've wished for. So kudo's for u all!

Update: I got my dell adapter working normally again, i uninstalled the battery in device manager, whilst battery was out. Put it back in and start up again. Connect to charger and it funcions wonderfully. So thats great!

However the Nvidia 525m 1gb graphic card is still nowhere to be found. I looked at the changed parts receipt and i think it still should be there. The motherboard was replaced with the same motherboard.

At startup there are some exe's working that should be with a Nvidia graphic card, however, still no luck if i try to follow these exe's. Fgxtray

I find alot of posts online about this problem also, and none of them can help. I'd rather not open up the laptop so i'm still trying to figure out a solution desperatly.

So another shout out! Any tips and idea's of where i can check? or force the computer to install the driver, and then it recognizes? (saw it on Nvidia forum but its very complicated)

And thanks again for the great responses, maybe i should make a competition of figuring this thing out! :-)

Hello KrmLaaz,

Last option you have is to update motherboard BIOS. If that won't help either, there is nothing you can do on software side, since 2 different operating systems can't detect it.

Hi Xenoid.

Tried it, it wont work. Apperently dell wont allow a flash on the same system(a11 to a11). I've seen some post here and there that for some users reflashing managed to make some progress.. How can i force the flash?(go around the security settings?)

Unfortunately, I do not know. Everything beyond this point is out of my knowledge. Only option I can suggest - contact your seller/warranty service/repair center/etc.

I have found a video with disassembling Dell Inspiron N5110 and it appears, your GeForce 525M is soldered.
