As you can see, only your intergrated Intel video card is detected and another one not working.
I do not know about notebook computers, but it is possible, that lack of AC adapter power could cause your GeForce not working or even get damaged. However, if it has working battery and it is charging normally, then less likely it was the cause.
I am afraid, there is not much you can do about your computer yourself. If you plan using it actively, you should bring it to repair service.
