You should be able tpo use AOMEI Backupper, make a disk or USB drive with AOMEI and then boot that like you would to install Windows. Chose the source which would be your Kingston and the destination which would be your NVMe drive.

Once that is done, after you boot you'll more than likely need to go into Disk Management and extend the partition. Just make sure you unplug the Kingston once cloning is done.

I'm not so sure this is necessarily a straightforward task, given the target is M.2/NVMe.

Windows needs a M.2/NVMe driver. While adding a M.2 as secondary to a working SATA boot drive may produce "found new hardware" and install the driver, that only works if the SATA remains the boot drive. I don't think that would allow the M.2 to become the boot drive unless one also embeds the driver in the boot.wim file. SIW2 understands the boot process better, so he may know for sure.

Also, in my case the M.2 wasn't even recognized until I switched my BIOS setting from AHCI to RAID. It probably depends on the mobo, but since my Windows had been installed in AHCI, I ended up switching the BIOS to RAID and doing a clean install on the M.2 drive. YMMV, of course.
