You should be able tpo use AOMEI Backupper, make a disk or USB drive with AOMEI and then boot that like you would to install Windows. Chose the source which would be your Kingston and the destination which would be your NVMe drive.
Once that is done, after you boot you'll more than likely need to go into Disk Management and extend the partition. Just make sure you unplug the Kingston once cloning is done.
