i have club-3d geforce 8800gts 320 mb on windows 7 professional x64,i just used clean install of drivers with all components including all driver components 275.33 nvidia display driver for series 8 and other...The problem is nvidia control panel wont open....it does not do anything with my pc,neither restart or other issue ,it just wont open propertly?

What kind of Antivirus do you run? Try to disable it for just a moment, and then try to open your Config.
