Code 800B0100 error when tried to update Windows 7 Service Pack 1

I tried to do window update for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB976932) but several times it fails and i get Code 800B0100

ps. I've included CBS.zip but I left out 2 files named CbsPersist_20130515203233 and CbsPersist_20130515231501 due to file size limit

Please list the failing updates - then we can try and work out which is causing it.
Please also post your C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file
