Windows Update failure to install. Codes 80092004 and 80070103

Hello everybody.
Dell Optiplex 7010 running Win 7 Pro. I've been getting a BSOD when I restart my machine. It says make sure I have all necessary updates, so I thought I'd see if that solves the issue before taking it to the BSOD forum. Ran Windows Update - it found 10 available updates, so I downloaded and installed them. 5 installed successfully, 5 failed. Retried, and they failed again, same error codes. I clicked on "Get help with this error" on each, and got:
0 results for "WindowsUpdate_80092004" and
0 results for "WindowsUpdate_80070103"
Here are the updates in question:
1. 2020-01 Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB4535102)

Any help on what these error codes mean, and how to get these updates to install?
