COM Surrogate not working?

By Windows Photo viewer I get the error ROM Surrogate not working, for this I tried see picture below what did not work?

And other programs (MS Access, Photo MS Photo Viewer) are also given errors from not responding like Infinity below?

Methods 1, 2, 4 and 6 are not inapplicable. I have tried methods 3 & 5 but it didn't work because I get today again the ROM Surrogate error. Ayone know an another way to solve this problem? Is it only on corporate networks or at home? And other programs also closing?

Is it possible that methods 3 & 5 can not be working together? That they have to be tested first lonely? And is there no one with problem which is really annoying?

Yes, you have to try method 3 and 5 separately and check out the result.

Can you run the code from method 3 again? Or do I have only for that first uncheck method 5?
