Comodo AntiVirus or Kaspersky AntiVirus

Which of these is better? I'm currently using Kaspersky AV plus Comodo Firewall as noted in my sig.

I have never seen a professional test where the definitions and heuristics part of Comodo Antivirus have performed well but the new version has cloud based scanning and behaviour analysis to improve its effectiveness.

You need to decide for yourself.

You've said before that you feel safer with Kaspersky. Then stick to it. Comodo firewall includes a cloud scanner so it would still scan for viruses whenever you open a file or program and would warn you if it has detected something.
