Ok, my first dilema started when I started to get that annoying kernal power error 41 and I began to trouble shoot that from scratch testing to make sure it wasnt hardware. Began with first stress testing each component for 24-48 hours to make sure, also performed several memory tests. Began to read into what it could, or might be and found that people were saying it was to blame because of the realtek audio driver.
I tried disabling the driver, the crash went from three and four times a day, to for about a month of running good. The issue came back again, except this time it would crash on just about everything that attempted to use direct x or had an initializing screen such as windows media player, or starcraft 2, world of warcraft, aliens versus predator, lineage 2, windows live mail, and several other games and programs I have. If I kept trying long enough eventually it would change something and those programs would work till i shut down the computer restarted.
I got so sick of it, I called up a friend who is going to school and one semester from getting his degree in comp programming and system management, and I brought the machine to him, and he was even confused, he blamed power supply. We grabbed the multimeter and read out the unit; read good.
Now, when i brought it back from him, and just broke down and tried to do a complete clean reinstall of windows after formatting the hard drive, I can not even get to the initial windows loading desktop without it crashing on default settings. I am forced to only load my machine in windows safe mode. I dont believe its hardware only because everything points at software, and I tested each part for days to figure this out. But, I have certainly been wrong before.
I am running windows 7 64-bit profession.
intel core dual quad Q9550 @ 2.83 ghz 3.40 ghz
cooler master 1k watt power supply
nvdia geforce 240 gtx graphics card
Asus p3s5 motherboard
4gigs ram
LG blue-ray disc drive
1 7200rpm 300 gb internal sata harddrive
1 5900 rpm 2tb internal sata harddrive
all housed in a cooler master cosmos S full tower case
and a Acer H213H HD monitor
in the event viewer im getting messages like and this is after formatting the harddrive and clean installed windows 7:

[allocate(all_nodes)] parameters are always reallocated; if the original pointer contained the address of valid memory, that memory will be leaked. I dont know what to do at this point, because now the machine is completely useless and with school about to start, I need the comp at absolute peek performance. If someone is able to know what I need to do...please guide me through the process to remedy this situation as my brain is hurting from the frustration of this mess. Thanks for the support!
