compatible VGA driver for youcam

i have HP intel core i3.. i reinstall the window and after installing my youcam was stopped working.. when i install the software for youcam then message appears that " you dont have compatible VGA hardware or driver to run this software... plz help me if u can...

After you reinstalled Windows did you also install all the updates?

Without knowing what make and model you have its hard to direct you to the exact place you need to go. But you can go here and fill in your details and they will find you the drivers you need.

i am using a hp pavillion g6 1325sa running windows 7 ultimate x64. i recently had to reboot and ever since i did i havent been able to run youcam. a dialogue box reading "you do not have the compatible VGA hardware or driver to run Cyberlink YouCam." and i have been to hp wensite and downloaded all the drivers, i downloaded the software from the hp website!!! but i still cant get it to work. please can you help me
