Compiling an Iso

Hi all, I have a question concerning disc iso's which I hope that you could help me with;

I have some design and modelling software on two DVD's.

One is for the application and one is for all the online documentation.

I'd like to do the following:
Put the contents of both DVD's onto a USB stick.

Now the application install dvd once complete asks for the documentation dvd.

Is is possible to put both dvd's onto a USB stick and make it all install seamlessly?

If so, how do I go about it?

Have you tried copying and pasting the contents of both discs onto the root of your USB stick?
I'm not saying it's going to work but worth a bash at least?

Hi DC187, I tried this and the application files install fine, however, it keeps prompting for the Documentation DVD to be installed in the optical drive.

Sounds like you need to modify the ini file to point to the correct place where the files are.

are you trying to make an iso or a usb install solution.. 2 different things...

Sorry, I am trying to make a USB install solution, AEM, the documentation dvd is in essence a load of HTML files with embeded examples that can be called up with the f1 key.

FliGi7, is modifying the .ini files a simple task?

You can open up the .ini files in any text editor and check them out/modify them.
