Make sure the surfaces are well cleaned before you put a pea size amount of paste into the middle. From the pressure it will spread itself. For cleaning I use alcool preps.

Finally got it installed and my temps dropped like a rock all across the board. Idle is down from 100 to 82, Minecraft went down from 160 to 100, Saints Row IV from... a presumably high number (didn't check it before installing Evo but I can only assume it was 160+) to 112, and rendering that clip in Vegas was no hotter than the 120s. Thanks a bunch

I use a used dryer sheet and some alcohol to clean my CPU. It seems to work well, and leaves no lint behind.
