Hey I am a new user to this forum and I registered because I have seen many active helpers on this site.
I have a problem that I will like to share with you lot! I will be happy if you can help me!
All right, so I want to do a Complete Restore and the reason to this is not important. I have a Samsung Notebook and to open up recovery I need to hit the F4 button on start-up. I've done this many times in the past however, I've been trying to do it for the last few days and whenever hit the F4 button I get a black screen and nothing loads up. I have tried starting the Samsung Recovery Solution 5 programme which was pre-installed on this notebook. I clicked the option which has "Complete Restore" on it too, however it asked me to restart the laptop, once I restart it just gets stuck on the Samsung logo start-up screen with F2 and F4 option at the bottom, when it is meant to just go straight to the recovery screen. It may be because of a Virus that was installed on the laptop but I have researched about this virus and no anti-virus or malwarebytes have detected it yet. Many said I should factory reset or restore to a certain date, but I don't have a point of restore before the virus was installed. So Factory reset is my only option and I have a problem in doing that.
Can someone help me fast please? I do not want to have to buy a new computer as I am starting college soon.

Hey, I'm not that good at English as I am from Turkey. Also I don't understand much of computers, can you do this for me on team viewer? or any other program that connects my pc to yours so you can control it?

Sorry, but this cannot be done with any remote connections since it is outside of the operating system. Maybe you can try using a translator on a phone or another computer if you can.

Well, I am not sure how to make it simpler as I'm the type of person that is good at explaining how to do things the complicated way. I will try contacting gregrocker, the creator of the turtorial and see if he can simplify it for you.
