computer blue screens often dump report mentions this ntoskrnl.exe

ill copy and past my crash reports from last 3 crashes. i have searched everywhere for a solution even tried hp support and everything they have tried has failed. even did a clean install on a new win7 copy. im thinking its a hardware issue but im not that computer savvy. please help me

Hello Hbd and welcome to Seven Forums.

I'm not a crash or blue screen expert. Assuming your Windows 7 installation media is either a retail OEM, genuine full install, or genuine upgrade install disk, I think it's doubful that this is a software problem as alluded to by the crash reports. My first guess is a bad memory module. It would help to know your system specs. (Click User CP on top menu > Edit System Spec left column.)

If you have multiple memory modules you could try removing all but slot # 1. Try running computer. If no problems noted, that module is probably good. Replace that module with another, run computer. Keep replacing modules in Slot # 1 and perhaps you'll find one (or more) that's causing the issues.
