Solved Computer cant boot even in safe mode

I have recently done a stupid thing and changed from msconfig the boot options from selective boot to standard and now my computer cant boot even im safe mode. Can i do anything about this or i need a new clean installation of windows 7?

No need to have to do new clean installation of Windows 7.

I changed the msconfig to selective startup and cant open msconfig to go back to normal startup - Windows 7 - Windows 7

Try tapping Function 8 when you power up then select Safe Mode with Command Prompt. If you can't get into msconfig through that route, at the Command Prompt type
net user Administrator /active:yes
and press Enter.

Restart again, F8 into Safe Mode then click on the icon for Administrator. That should get you enough permissions to reverse the setting. When you've finished with the Administrator account, use the same Command syntax to turn him off but use :no instead of :yes.
