Computer Crashing straight to black screen

I ran the windows memory diagnostics tool after getting a crash straight to black screen, not even 5% of the way in the computer rebooted and instead of loading the BIOS it just beeped repeatedly. I managed to get it to boot again, I burned memtest to a disk and ran it from the disk, even after 7 passes it showed no errors. Now I am unsure what to do next to identify the problem, I suspect that it's the hard drive at the moment.

Replace the ram, and try again. If that fails to correct the issue, move on to the HDD.

You can test the HDD from any tool from the manufacturer.
