This is probably a problem with Flash. Normally I would suggest that you update to the latest version in case you don't have it, but I'm not sure the latest versions fixed this issue. Try and then post back, if the problem persists, you might want to downgrade Flash to a (much) earlier version.

OK what version do you recommend also my flash version is 32 bit do you think that's contributing. it's seems my version of flash is from the future 11.300.270 but when i check what the latest version it says 11.3.300.268. I'm updating to SP1 to see if that will help

It might, but it also might not. Nevertheless, you must have SP1 for 7. Such a big update should not be skipped.

Also, if you downloaded Flash directly from Adobe, the website detects which version of Windows you have. If you have the 32bit version, it offers only the 32bit version. If you have the 64bit version, however, Adobe includes both 32 and 64bit versions when you download the installer, so that shouldn't be an issue.

If you want to downgrade Flash, here's a great resource of old versions:

Old Version of Adobe Flash Player Download - OldApps.com

I am not sure anymore which versions have the "allow adobe to update automatically" option, but you should avoid it even though you basically do have the option to choose. The last 11.2 release should be fine.

hang on.

if its a browser issue the browser app would maybe hang but should be killable by task manager and windows otherwise operational, unless you only have a single core cpu if your entire windows is locking up then it may be something different.

Not really. Flash is known to cause many headaches on completely random rigs. It's not a browser issue per se.
