So I encountered a weird issue

I was surfing the net, minding my own business, watching youtubes and stuff, suddenly my computer momentarily freezes, I thought it was some flash player lag or javascript error (it could be what triggered it) then my mouse became I can only describe as scrambled, the shape was distorted and the color was cyan and yellowish and the cursor itself isn't at where im clicking (im actually clicking 1cm to the left of where my cursor is showing)

I immediately closed everything, except my anti virus, but the problem still persists and every 10 seconds or so my computer would freeze for around 3 seconds, I checked task manager but there are no unrecognizable processes there.

I restarted my computer and it took quite a long time to shutdown, being all laggy, but ATM the problem seems to be gone. What could be the cause of this?

Download Security Check by screen317 from here http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/SecurityCheck.exe or here http://screen317.changelog.fr/SecurityCheck.exe
Save it to your Desktop.
Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt.
Please post the contents of that document.

Err those sites seems to be down...I'll try again later, Im currently running a full scan with malwarebytes anti malware, will report later if those sites are coming back up, do you theorize that the problem could be cause by spyware?

I've started experiencing this same issue. Have run full memtest86 test because my first thought was bad memory, but my memory appears to be in perfect condition.

This is my result from the security checker:
