Hi there.

Me and my friend built a computer a few days ago with the following specs:

ASRock Z77 Extreme6 Motherboard
Intel Core i5 3570K
Powercolor Radeon HD7950 3GB
G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
OCZ Agility 4 128GB SSD (boot drive)
Corsair TX-750 V2 Power Supply
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB WD1002FAEX
ASUS PCE-N15 Wireless N PCIe Adaptor

The problem:

It first started when me and my friend booted up the pc and installed windows. We were installing the drivers when it first happened and we just restarted the computer and it didn't happen again that day. However since then, whenever I try to play a game the computer will freeze and everything will become unresponsive, usually after around 15 minutes for Rome total war and 1-2 minutes for Unigine heaven benchmark. This happened with both Rome:Total War and Unigine Heaven benchmark on the highest settings possible. Just the last image that was loaded onto the screen will be there and there will be a buzzing noise coming from the speakers. The mouse and keyboard's input is not recognised when this happens. It is a COMPLETE freeze and I have to hold down the power switch on my case to restart the computer. Also, when the computer exits from sleep mode, there have been a few BSODs. I tried running memtest and both times I also had a BSOD during the test. The strange thing howver is that when I play League of Legends it doesn't freeze at all.

What I've tried(not much, since I'm a noob when it comes to all this):

I ran intelburn v2 on standard and passed the test, so from this I concluded that the cpu is not the problem.
Running memtest (twice) - Resulted in BSODs both times.

Notes: The temps are low. Heres a pic of the temps in speedfan:

Below are the attached BSOD minidump files. Two are from the memtests i did and the other two are BSODs I've randomly had.

ATTENTION: While print screening speedfan and opening paint ready to copy the results into it, the computer froze again. Does this mean it is the RAM as I did not have any games open?

If anyone could help I would be so grateful. Thanks
