Computer keeps rebooting before logging onto windows

Hello I am new To this but would appreciate some help and support

My computer is still very much new after only days of using I get this

I know I need more information but as of now I am unable to log onto my computer as it will keep rebooting and restarting before I even get to the log on screen as soon as windows logo appears It will restart
Computer is a Acer Aspire E1-531 500gb HDD 4GB RAM Windows 7 Home Premium 64
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
