Computer not responding and freezing when only one program is running.

Help me my computer is too slow and is freezing. I have McAfee anti virus software and Uniblue power suite pro 2014 installed. I have moved my files to external hard drive and cleaned my registry but the system has not improved the performance. I am not running windows aero theme as well. Every program takes time to open and respond.

I know of no one who recommends McAffe. I would recommend using another anti virus of your choice.

This Uniblue fix everything program is probably like the rest of the programs like it. They destroy computer systems.
You have stated in your post that you have cleaned your registry and I presume you used Uniblue.

I would start off by using a Restore point before you installed Uniblue.
Then I would do a sfc /scannow and see if Windows 7 has any system file problems.
