Computer screen flashes at startup (not monitor prob)

My computer monitor flickers during the first 1-2 min of start-up. It will start at the Windows user-select screen and lasts into after I’ve logged in (unless I don’t log in for enough time), lasting 1-2 min total. The flickers are quick, white, horizontal bars that stretch the width of my screen. Their height varies, but never covers the whole screen. When I restart, I don’t have this problem, only booting up.
This is definitely not a monitor problem, as I have tested on multiple monitors and have the same problem.
I have a video of this, but it’s in .AVI, which isn’t supported on this forum. If anyone could tell me how to convert it into an acceptable format, I could do so.

Hi ... First thing that comes to mind is the Graphics ... You could try reseating the Card and make sure the slot is clean ...

As you have On-board Video you could also try that to rule out the Graphics issue ...
